Mission

GioArt Studios is owned and operated by Peter Gioello, a lifelong artist with over 30 years of professional experience.

Peter’s passion for the arts began early in life. He gained valuable experience while employed by his father’s painting and decorating business from an early age. There, he specialized in wood refinishing, faux and plaster finishes, murals, and wallpaper installation.

After graduating from a specialized art and design high school in New York City, Peter decided to follow his interest in painting across the world. He studied at the Instituto di Siena and the Art Institute of Rome in Italy, before ultimately graduating from the State University of Buffalo with a bachelor’s in Fine Art. During the course of his education, Peter received extensive training in illustration, traditional and fresco painting, and color theory.

After relocating to Florida, Peter forged deep ties to the local artistic community. As a result, he has employed and collaborated with some of the United State’s most renowned painters. Above all, Peter’s goal is to utilize his experience in visual art to create the perfect mood for your home or business.
